I have always loved Border Collies. As a kid I knew that was the dog for me, and that I wanted
to be involved in everything and anything Border Collies can do. When I was offered a
purebred pup for free I jumped at the chance and brought home little Cindy.  This began my
Border Collie addiction, as I am now the proud mom of 4 lovely BC's. Here is a little about each
of my Rockin’ Border Collies.

Cindy is my all star! She does everything I ever ask of her and she always does it well.  Cindy
has several agility titles and an obedience and rally title. I have started Cindy on Sheep (and for
those of you with herding dogs, I highly recommend giving sheep a try!) and she will be ready
for herding trials in the spring of  ’08.  Cindy is a disc nut as well! Disc Doggin’ is her stress free
sport and she loves it!

Tap is my little rescue. I don’t really know what happened to her but it took a toll. She has been
struggling with self confidence since I got her in 2004. Every year she gets better and disc
doggin’ has really helped her. The no stress, no pressure environment has been fantastic and I
am proud to say that at the Keenland event Tap got her VERY FIRST POINTS! She caught the
last 2 tosses her first round and then every single toss the second for a 9th place finish in Toss
and Fetch.  After a year of lost focus and drive she went our there and totally rocked it and I am
so proud of her!  My other dogs did well but I am most proud of Tap.

Ellie is also a rescue, I got her at 10 weeks of age from a not so nice situation.  Ellie has always
shown fantastic drive which we put to use on the field. She loves her plastic disc! Ellie has
competed in 2 disc dog competitions and has a 2nd and 1st place finish in Toss and Fetch.
She is a very high energy little border collie and she definately keeps me on my toes!

Dice is the newest addition to the Rockin’ BC family and he is currently 7 months old. He is
showing lots of interest in discs and is pretty fearless like most pups his age.

We have been disc doggin’ for just over a year now and it is a wonderful sport for all ages and
abilities for people and the dogs. We are looking forward to many more years of hangin’ out
with great friends and tossin' a little plastic.
